XR PACE is a community of people who believe in the power of dialogue and non-violence as tools to build a better future. We are a dynamic and open network, founded on a collective commitment to Peace, social justice and respect for the environment.

We believe that everyone has a role to play in building a more just and harmonious society. For this reason, we have chosen to adopt an organisational model based on sociocracy, which allows us to operate horizontally, encouraging the active participation and involvement of all. Each local XR PACE group can act autonomously, while remaining faithful to the founding principles of our movement: respect, mutual understanding and the promotion of Peace through concrete actions of dialogue and non-violence.

Our goal is to make Peace fashionable again. To do so, let us work together to heal the wounds of the past, promote reconciliation and build a society where every individual can live in serenity, dignity and respect.
